St. Ives in Chartwell

After four years in what began as a neutralized foreclosure flip, our client was ready to transform their house into a true home, one that felt complete and reflected their personal style. The goal was to create finished, connected spaces that would support daily routines while providing a beautiful, functional backdrop. Through thoughtful design decisions and strategic use of pattern and texture, we reimagined the first floor without a full renovation, creating cohesive flow from the entryway through the dining and living areas.

Our design approach focused on creating intentional connections between spaces, from wallpaper that flows seamlessly from living room to entryway, to custom banquette seating that transforms an awkward kitchen corner into an inviting breakfast nook. The result is a home that feels both sophisticated and lived-in, ready to accommodate the everyday rhythms of family life.

"Carrying the wallpaper into the entry makes the family room feel so much bigger. Your advice gave me the confidence to make that decision, which made choosing wallpaper so much easier, especially since I was nervous about using wallpaper at first."
